The Alpine HC business model is built around providing care equipment exactly where and when you need it. When taking admissions, you need access to new care equipment immediately. Alpine fulfils this core market requirement by maintaining high levels of stock holding. All stocked products are available for delivery the next working day throughout the UK.

Our stock and distribution network allows us to get equipment to you before 10am the next working day and in emergencies the same working day! We also provide a Saturday AM delivery should you require it at all. Our ‘can do’ and flexible approach makes most solutions possible, and remember all orders placed before 4pm are delivered next day.

At Alpine HC, we have full coverage of the United Kingdom through our specialist installations partner network consisting of over forty, two-person crews delivering and installing care equipment, where you want it.

Operating from stock holdings in London, Swindon, Hull, Manchester and Glasgow, our specialist installations partner network are a fully trained team of logistics and installation specialists. An equipment installation, such as a hospital bed into a nursing unit or a riser recliner chair into a private home, is operated on a delivery and installation schedule, covering all areas of the UK most days of the week.

Alpine HC’s servicing department takes care of all your equipment servicing and maintenance requirements, from a team of over 40 UK wide service engineer partners. Planned preventative maintenance is carried out every 6 months, in compliance with the ‘Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations’ (LOLER).

We specialise in tailoring your servicing package to your specific requirements, including 1, 2 or 3 year contracts. All equipment is certified onsite and graded in accordance with our age and condition grading system, allowing you to budget well in advance for replacement equipment.

All servicing co-ordination and liaison with our customers, is done through our servicing team based at our head office. This helps to make it easy and simple for you with one point of contact for all of your equipment, supported by our team of care equipment specialists to advise on new replacement equipment where required.

We can issue you with a number of tools to make compliance easy and simple for you, these include sling selector guides, bed compliance measuring tools, and equipment videos. All of our equipment comes with extensive warranties, to minimise ongoing maintenance costs, and to demonstrate the confidence we have in the quality of our products.

- In the event that we are unable to deliver your product next day, we will credit your account £25. Next Day Delivery is available on all stocked items.

Price Match 

- If you find a quotation on a like for like specification product that is cheaper than ours, we will match that price.

- The safe delivery of our products is paramount at Alpine. In the unlikely event of these expectations not being fulfilled, we will rectify it as soon as possible.
