Returns Policy

'Peace of mind' 14 day returns period

We offer all customers a trial period on our products through a hassle-free 14 day returns period that ensures complete peace of mind.

If you have purchased a product and wish to return it, please contact a member of our Customer Care team within 14 days of the invoice date and your goods will be refunded. Please note that carriage and installation costs are not refunded. You will also be subject to a collection fee which is based on the size and nature of the product (more information below).

Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Once the items have been returned they will be inspected by our in-house maintenance and product support team. You will incur partial or full cost of the product if there are any damages. 

If you wish to return a product after 14 days, you will be responsible for delivery, collection, and installation charges and also a restocking charge at 20% of the sale value of the goods. Made-to-order and custom manufacture items cannot be returned. 


Profiling and adjustable beds

Profiling beds and adjustable beds can be returned through our 14 day returns policy. To recieve a full refund, your bed must be returned undamaged and in a new condition. If your bed has been installed, you will be liable to a £99 de-installation fee as well as a £49 carriage collection charge.

Stand assist beds

Stand assist and rotating chair beds can also be trialled through our 14 day returns policy. If for any reason the bed is unsuitable, you are eligible for a full refund for the value of the bed minus the costs of de-installation (£199), collection carriage (£49), and, if used, the special-size fitted protector sheets (£99). 

Custom upholstery beds

Adjustable beds that have been upholstered in a custom fabric or your own supplied material cannot be returned.


Mattresses and pressure care products cannot be returned if they have been used. This is for infection control reasons. However, you can purchase a mattress on a 7-night trial providing you fit it with a mattress protector sheet before using. You can purchase polycotton protector sheets with PU backing from Alpine HC for £20. Mattresses that are returned within 7 days are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please note there is a £14.95 collection fee.


Riser recliner chairs can be returned within a 14 day period. Please take special care in trying fabric upholstered chairs as damage could mean you incur the full cost of the chair. There will be an engineer collection charge of £79 and carriage of £49. The engineers will inspect the chair before collecting and also package the chair to prevent damage in transit.

Custom upholstery chairs

Riser recliner chairs that have been upholstered in a custom fabric or your own supplied material cannot be returned.
